Library Director Emily Sitz painted a dark picture of what a filtered future might hold. It would create financial pressure on the library's already tight budget, in spite of "generous" funding by the county, Sitz said. In exchange for the filter funding, "materials and personnel are where the library would take a hit," she predicted.
